@TruthLifer45 @V_Lady2024 Its NOT the customers property until they PAY the contractor for it~ If this was in Canada you just slap a builders lien on the property and they will 100% pay you, at that point if they arent satisfied the home owner could THEN take the contractor to small claims court.
