Thank you so much to @BeechAcademy for the invitation to the Christmas talent show this AM, & to @penviewschool for the invitation to PVGT this PM. The Chair & I loved every minute & we had such warm welcomes in both schools. A great way to end the calendar year & term.

Some of our Y11 pupils are preparing for their Duke of Edinburgh expedition by practising going for a walk with their rucksacks, putting up tents and cooking food on the trangias.

In Science, Oak class have been learning about plastic, how it is made, the reasons why it takes so long to break down and how bad it is for the environment. In class they made a simple plastic using milk and acid then they made models with it. Great work from everyone. Well done

Year 11 held a very successful Easter Fayre. They have put time and effort in to preparing Easter treats for the school to buy and games for them to play. Well done Y11 and thank you to everyone who helped by donating prizes and coming along.
