So…. After eighty two days of taking the rigor of they gym? I’m finally listening to my body. It gets an active rest day. I’m still going, but to bike an easy pace and stretch. My body wins this round… because tomorrow? We start free weights.

Girls who leave a scent trail everywhere they go… what’s the routine? 😭 Are we layering? Reapplying? Carrying perfume in our bags? I need answers because my perfume disappears in 30 minutes.

@QueenObscene_13 @_sorrengailll I thought so! I remember hearing that statistic as a security guard. The human mind is "spooky" that way. It will start to ignore a fragrance just so it doesn't have to process it. LOL

@peter_le28 @_sorrengailll It definitely does!! People often tell me I smell good hours after I’ve sprayed my perfume and I can’t smell it anymore.

@QueenObscene_13 @_sorrengailll Also... I may be wrong, but... doesn't the nose go "numb" to a fragrance after 20-30 minutes?

@_sorrengailll Layers. Scented body scrub followed by scented lotion then perfume. I also keep a small travel size perfume in my purse and reapply. Certain perfumes and lotions linger a lot longer than others as well. I also use a laundry scent booster that smells like Tom Ford Cherry 😅
