@TOrynski ...about your pet unless they were found here in the UK. It is more important to ensure your pet is registered on a microchip database in Finland, if you haven't already done so, as each country typically has their own database systems in place. If you wanted to email us...4/5

Got an e-mail from @pettrac. My cats are chipped with their chip (not my choice, I just had vets to do it when moving out of Britain). They want to keep their records up to date, but want to charge me £6 per cat for changing my address. They call it "a small fee". Haha, NOPE.

@zosteb ...there is also an optional one off fee to cover change of details for the lifetime of their keepership. I would welcome the opportunity to discuss this further with you as we are always open to feedback and making positive changes. If you were able to give me a call on...4/5

So it costs to change address details on @pettrac but we are repeatedly reminded of the hurt caused when pet owners don’t amend addresses, why then make it harder by charging them for it???

@pettrac just got a very insensitive email about from yourselves not sure if it’s a scam or not but seen as my pet was put to sleep and the chip was updated at the time it doesn’t make sense

An acquaintance lost his dog 2 weeks ago on a walk in woodland and is desperate and yet won’t offer a reward. I just cannot imagine why you would not do everything in your power to find your dog. His dog wasn’t neutered and no name tag. Gahh!
