I was talking with a new comer this morning and she confessed she was ashamed because she didn’t attend technical sessions. I confessed that was what I liked the most about #AgileTD. It's a place where we can talk about what makes us better at work but, above all, better humans.

Code coverage isn’t a good metric to evaluate how likely are unintended changes, says @MichaKutz I add that it’s an effective metric to show places that are not covered, but tells you little about what’s being covered. #AgileTD

I once stared at a piece of code for 15 minutes trying to figure out what "par" meant. Eventually I realized it was "parent". Someone saved 50ms by not typing "ent". The savings was paid for by 15 mins of frustration. Don't abbreviate. Thinking is more expensive than typing.

I am privileged in this. As a cis-het I can be with a partner is almost any country in the world if I had one. I could hold hands, I could marry, I could share a home. Why should this be any different for a lgbtqa+ person? It should not!!! Love is love
