People are getting mad at OP when the reality is that every gacha will EoS one day. Unless there is an aftermarket plan, there will be no way to preserve these artists' works. You can go back and play a budget/passion project. You can't with most EoS gachas. They're lost forever.

@NINtendo_maya and EVERY artist knows that struggle. this isn't a big company buying up artistic talent to strike it rich (see fgo that is owned by aniplex) but an indie company that started from zero with a team of art students.

今日はめずらしく、自分が作っているゲームの話ではないことを書きます。 【AIをめぐる騒動について】 とあるゲーム開発者がAIを使っていたことによって、賞をはく奪された、という一件から、過去にレベルファイブが開発効率化のためにAIを使っている発表をしているということが物議を醸している、というのを目にして、これについてちょっとだけ語りたいと思います。 まず、現状、多くのゲームメーカーが、ゲーム開発にAIを取り入れた効率化をやっていると思います。それを外に公表しているかどうかの違いです。とはいえ、レベルファイブでは、80％～90％のプログラムコードをAIに書かせている、というのは大きな間違いです。ことの真相は、AIをテーマにした未発表のタイトルがあり、そのタイトルに関しては、あえてプログラムもAIでつくっていると語ったプログラマーがいます。その例を出して、これからはそんな時代が来るのかも、という話をしたのが、膨らんだものです。逆に80％～90％のコードをAIで作成し、ゲームがつくれているのであれば、逆にすごくてAI界隈の人達から引っ張りだこになってしまうと思います。まだその域には到達できていません。ただし、AIを使って、馬鹿にできない時間短縮が出来ているというのも事実で、これはゲーム開発の常識を覆す可能性があると思っています。みんなが遊びたいAAAゲームの開発に5年～10年かかる状況から、2年に１度遊べる世界が来るかもしれません。AI＝盗作みたいな扱いをされる場合がありますが、刃物だって、料理にも使えれば、凶器にもなる、パソコンだって、ゲームも作れれば、ネット犯罪だってできるんです。AIも使い方によっては盗作コンテンツを生み出せてしまうかもしれませんが、正しい使い方をすれば、クリエイティブの世界をより豊かにする力があります。 僕は生きているうちにもっと進化するゲームを見たい。今のAAAタイトルの基準を超えるさらなる夢のようなゲームを見たいし、つくりたいと思っています。ここで、『AIを使うことが悪』という印象をつくってしまっては、現代のデジタルテクノロジーの発展は大きく遅れることになりかねません。世の中のクリエイターも、それを受け取る人も、『AI』は、人が作品を作るためのツールとして活用しているものと認識していただければと思います。いろんな技術革新により、よりゲーム業界が発展することを祈っています！ 同内容は開発ブログにも後で上げるようにしておきますね。
