JVP upto the ear lobe, but no oedema at all. The two situations we see this phenomenon are 1. Constrictive pericarditis and 2. Endomyocardial fibrosis (EMF) a restrictive cardiomyopathy not very uncommon here. Wondering what could be the mechanism?
