@rugkme @MastodonProject Since Project Atomic is going to be sunset in favor of the new Fedora CoreOS and Fedora Silverblue, Project Atomic will not join Mastodon, but Silverblue is a good candidate for it. We will first put the energy into documentation and making it more stable for mainstream usage.

IMHO there was a bait and switch in the container market. Docker created a product that hit a real user need. Kubernetes entered the market, changed the game, and won the mindshare. But that original need was never fully addressed.

@vitaprimo Sorry about that, the docs are old and not developer any further since the Project is going to be sunset next year in favor of the new Fedora CoreOS. The best way to get started is probably @ rpm-ostree.readthedocs.io/en/latest/.

Just landed freshly in git master. Something to be excited about for our next release. "flatpak uninstall --delete-data $APP_ID" for uninstalling an app and removing its associated files in ~/.var/app/$APP_ID
