@HomericFuturist This is a direct attack on Asia. Korea, Japan & Taiwan are tech competitors for the US, the US wins if those countries are weakened, they will be forced to bring their manufacturing to the US. Same for Vietnam, Thailand etc. but for other types of manufacturing, like textiles

Mono-culture farming devastates the rest of nature. Farmlands continue to lose much of their wildlife, bees, birds, insects, amphibians. But each generation measures "normal" nature against what existed in their childhood; not what existed before. So we don't mourn the Auroch, Quagga, Eastern Elk, or drained wetland. We never knew them. We each inherit a slightly emptier world & call it normal, a shifting baseline syndrome. Humans are remarkably adaptive... dangerously so.

A big problem with ppl like Brian is they take kindness as weakness. This kills kindness. Or maybe we should work to keep peaceful reunification an option…you know return kindness with kindness instead of being ungrateful for goodwill. It’s very obvious if China wants to take Taiwan militarily it’s trivial. But they don’t want to spill the blood of fellow Chinese.
