We are not trying to big our roles up it’s actually simple maths. Take us out and see what happens 🤷🏽‍♀️ 🤔more in GP / ED & mental health stack ups 🤨.

We've had a meet, can specialist nurses offer help, maybe to clean, order things etc as we are in a staffing crisis. Er no, I've got a job too that is important and clearly not understood!

The @NHSEngland national intestinal failure review was unfair and shambolic. As I head towards retirement I pity the many patients who will now have to travel further to get the care they need. I’m not bitter (too old for that). Just resigned to the rank stupidity of it all.
