As you develop your AI application, consider these three areas of functionality:
1. Data. Integration of Public or Private Data gives the application context that it needs to make informed responses and smart decisions.
2. Action. Enable your service to do more than just respond. Should it submit a blog post or newsletter draft? Make a change to an advertising campaign? Send an email?
3. Initiative. What “kicks it off”? Do you start it with a chat or a click of a button? Could it respond to events like a news article or a sale or a form submission? Or, should it just run every day or once a month?

Consider these three areas in the AI services you’re incorporating in your life and business.
