day 1: fast cals: 0/0 exercise: incline walking for 40 min! feeling: hungry but good i drank a lot of water today to curb my appetite. people at work kept making sweet treats but i resisted!!

@lalaloopsycals for me, when i binge, i tell myself ill fast the next day to make up for it and the cycle just continues. ill be like “instead of fasting for yesterday, ill eat shitty today too and fast for two days in a row” its exhausting
