It's genuinely never been about how attractive a guy is to me. It's demeanor. I had a guy walk up to me in a grocery store & ask if I believed in God. I felt weirded out so I said yes because I sensed that's what he wanted to hear. He said oh, good! I moved here recently & EVERYONE IS SO UNFRIENDLY. My old US city was notorious for being super friendly 😭 Then he asked for my number and I said awkwardly, I'm good. He immediately insulted me & I was like JFC. Men assume men who cold approach are always these sweet, fumbling dudes just tryna shoot their shot. But a lot set off alarm bells & are genuinely uncomfortable to be around. The big question is: would you as a guy be receptive to a stranger like this merely trying to *befriend* you in a grocery store? I doubt it... so why are you mad women also get uncomfortable?
