@jflory7 I don't remember using custom meta data, or I might have surely used it and not realizing its called custom meta data lol! Your project board looks super cool!! Our team also used labels for filters. It was handy to see what issues are in progress, what are block etc visually!

@jflory7 I agree! I added some automations to add issues to these project boards. It was seamless and made most of my triaging work super manageable!

Oh, I heard this too many times. “Don’t say that, you could come out aggressive”. “Oh, you said that? I hope they don’t think you are bossy”. And the list goes on.......
Emily Kager@EmilyKager

Women still can’t be too aggressive, too bossy, too friendly, not friendly enough, etc or risk their career. Even arguing publicly for equal pay and more representation can get you labeled as "problematic". Speaking up against harassment can get you ostracized in the industry.

“That comment was stupid but it wasn’t that big of a deal” When you’ve heard the same stupid comment hundreds of times you get fed up easily, especially coming from people who should know better and people with large followings. It normalizes stupid behavior against women.

We should use our unique human intelligence to solve challenges we face, and never give up or tell ourselves there's no hope. If we have a positive goal and we're well-motivated to seek the well-being of others, no matter how difficult it is to achieve, we can remain determined.

We can't get this 100-year-old folk song out of our heads. Sung to the rhythm of paddy being cut in fields, to give company and encouragement to farmers. #comingsoon #folkmusic
