After a very intense last week we managed to release today a SARS-CoV-2(#COVID19) recommendation web app. The main goals are to inform people if they have to look for medical help and to support doctors’ decisions onsite. 👩‍⚕️👨‍⚕️ covapp.charite.de

@welshfruit It’s wild indeed 🙈 Especially, I can sympathize to all new parents in the last year and a half! Our experience during this same time: - had a baby - moving to a different country - bought a flat - survived a global pandemic🤞 Which makes me appreciate all of it even more!

It's so frustrating what the @webkit team did with localStorage and IndexedDB APIs for Safari 14.1! My team and I discovered that the most reliable workaround was to open a dummy IndexedDB first. ⚠️ That still fails with WKWebView and works only with SFSafariViewController.

Ran into a spectacularly awful Safari bug in the latest Safari (14.1.1 on macOS and iOS 14.6). Opening an IndexedDB database fails 100% of the time on the first try. 😩 If you refresh, it starts working. Bug report: bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?i… cc @webkit @chris_dumez @Apple
