@bttertears And btw I find that different part of your body react differently to the injury. So some part might bruise easier, some might be harder. Take care and stay safe btw!

@bttertears Some punches may make you feel like your whole body got electrocuted>< and if it does, take a break fine till you feel better again before punching the same spot. After it's started to physically swelling, I usually punch the swelling part few times (this might hurt more).

@bttertears I always use knuckles to punch. Ig I see people use hammer, but I don't have one. Knuckles work well for me. And take it easy. Bruise is hard to form, so just take it slow. I usually spend like half till an hour before it's fully swollen because I take break on several punches—
