@medpharmaguy from my experience as a “doctors order interpreter” in a public hospital i can attest that MDs there adhere to the Generics Law. most, if not all of the patients there are indigents and MDs understand the importance of writing generics #myxisamedrep #pharma1a117

@medpharmaguy pero nung nagwowork pa ako, bago ko macheck kung appropriate ung rx sa pt, kinailangan ko muna decipher ung sulat ng MD. one of the skills you only learn in the wards. most of the MDs really have good handwriting. some, hieroglyphics levels jusko.

@medpharmaguy there are MDs that rx branded meds d/t their experience in effectivity. there are some who rx branded meds depending on the perks given to them by the medreps. personally if im the patient, id care less about the brand but more if it’s the right med for my condition
