My take on how to balance Neon while still keeping her a viable and entertaining agent in both ranked and pro play!
Ult:
Remove the fuel reset and additional slide she gets upon it's activation. Neon's ult should be more conscious, not something you can just whip out mid round after already burning all your fuel and using a slide.
Slide:
Nerf the slide shooting accuracy, Neon's slide should a tool to aggressively commit to fights/take space by closing the distance or bypassing a Line of sight. While Neon is in her slide animation and for a very short period after, her weapon should be inaccurate to a noticeable degree. It should not be a tool that makes it so you can slide from 20m away and 1 tap someone mid animation.
Fuel/Spring:
Jumping should cost slightly more fuel, I'm not saying per jump takes away 1/4 of the fuel what I am saying is there's a difference between sprinting and running fast, and jumping up & down through a space with nobody being able to hit you and then sliding in their face for a kill is unbalanced. Id suggest making it so per jump it takes away a little more then sprinting normally making it so long strides while jumping around become slightly more taxing.
Indirect:
Nerf all shotgun accuracy when moving entirely, so that when jumping or moving its pellet-spread/accuracy is very bad. The shotgun shouldn't be a tool you can push and take fights with in this game due to all the movement utility agents have to close distance within seconds. It should be a weapon that enables you to hold space and take favourable passive fights for when people walk into your crosshair, especially in a game where there's a lot of movement utility. There should be no such thing as an ''aggressive shotgun''
Little Rant on Why:
The reason why Neon ''needs a nerf'' in the first place is due to the decision to nuke her counter play off the face of the planet. With less Initiator tools to scout areas, guns like the Odins, Shotguns and Snipers gain immense value as you cannot force them off the lines or figure out where they are as easily. Neon in her current state abuses those types of weapons due to her movement and playstyle, which is a reason to why we so so much of her in pro play. The other reason was the nerf to Sentinels. With no natural counter available to punish her/stall her, she's just been allowed to run wild. The changes I suggested would still leave Neon as a viable option in the current meta without needing to go back on the poor decisions with from previous patches.

how do i get banned for smurfing, when first everyone is allowed to have an alt and nothing happens, 2nd its legit the same elo as my main lol sad af. ik the stats are outrages but doesnt change the fact its the same elo as my main, im not allowed to have an alt when i know ppl who have multiple alts?
