I used to spend 3 hours every Monday turning support emails into GitHub Issues. Then I made one API call and never did it again. 10 days ago I launched triagefast to solve a problem I found myself struggling with. Catching all the feedback and organizing them is painful. I created a solution for such an issue and spent this period tighting it down. Now I let you try it 😉
