Called @reservationscom today to cancel a hotel reservation I had made months ago for the now cancelled Bacon and Beer event at T-Mobile Park. Told reservation was non-refundable. In these tough times, their inflexibility will be remembered. #BadBusinessPolicies #ShortSided
