@ritsmith @queen__valerie_ @Bederowlaw Bench trials can surprise you. Judges can be unpredictable. I had a case I was a state witness years ago in Middlesex. It was pretty cut and dry assault .We still got the guilty but the sentencing imposed was light .

It makes sense why they went with a bench trial. I could definitely see a jury leaning toward guilty after today. #KelseyFitzsimmons
