I don't post often, but this is important! There are 2 special elections upcoming to replace the vacant House of Representatives seats! One election in FL, one in NYC. If all 3 seats go to Dems, the House will be split 50/50, and Trump will be unable to easily pass legislation

Anyone have any tips for lower back pain? Im literally in so much pain i didnt sleep last night and i have a 12 hour shift tomorrow so like i need to be better

@sinnergloss Have you gotten an xray? It could be a hairline fracture. I have healed hairline fractures in both my ankles, and a healed torn ligament in one, both happened years ago literally just by accidentally rolling my ankle, and my ankles still give me pain and issues all the time

the way my sprained ankle still hasn’t healed like idk what to do anymore

@joonsdmpl Pushing gently agaisnt your knee like in the photo to twist back.

@joonsdmpl Also do the stretches really gentle, the child's pose one you just wanna try to breathe & settle lower & lower into the stretch. Knee to chest one you just hold it for a few seconds, let go & alternate legs a few times. The twist one also just hold a few secs & alternate sides,
