⏰Europe’s health systems are running on overtime - workers are paying the price. In Sweden, employers rely on planned overtime, leading to part-time work and long sick leaves. @vardforbundet fought back with an overtime blockade & strike - now working time is on the table. 💪

Social Dialogue in Hospital and Health led by @Hospeem and @EPSUnions ENDORSED the Updated Multi- sectoral Guidelines to prevent and tackle third party violence and harassment. There is no place for violence towards healthcare workers in Europe.
