Destroying them is destruction of evidence. 3. ECI no longer functions as a neutral referee. It works like the BJP’s rigging machinery, fixing elections instead of safeguarding them. 4. Bihar Spl Intensive Revision proves that Election Commission is – ‘Eraser Commission of India’. A tool to erase voters, suppress voices, and destroy the foundation of free and fair elections. This is not democracy. This is deletion by design. 5. Migrant workers remain disenfranchised. Dalits and Adivasis are being wiped out of the voter lists. The BJP is not just tampering with elections. It is deleting democracy, one name at a time. 6. This is not electioneering. This is engineering of outcomes. This is not the will of the people. This is the will of a regime clinging to power by poisoning the very institutions meant to hold it accountable. 7. This is a betrayal of every Indian who stands in line to vote, believing their voice matters. 8. The Election Commission was created to be the guardian of free and fair elections. When Parliament is silenced, the streets must roar. The issue of Chinese incursions is not just serious, it strikes at the heart of national sovereignty. As Bengaluru falls in a “concrete heat trap”, my meeting with Karnataka’s Forest Minister, Sh. @eshwar_khandre today brought out shocking facts on how Modi Govt and BJP-Janta Dal(S) are destroying Bangalore’s ecology and environment. 👉 In the 1960’s, Govt of Karnataka had allotted 443 acres of land to HMT for a factory in Gorguntya-palaya, in the heart of Bengaluru. The factory is shut down for last 15 years. The Union Heavy Industries Minister is Sh. Kumaraswamy. 👉 They sold 160 acres earlier. On the remaining 280 Acres, Karnataka Govt and Forest Departtment wants to make a “Bio-Diversity Park”, like the Cubbon Park, which will be second set of lungs for Bengaluru. 👉 Modi Govt and Mr. Kumaraswamy (BJP-JD unholy nexus) want to sell this 280 acres of land for “real estate development”. 👉 Govt of Karnataka and Modi Govt are fighting it out in Supreme Court and matter is now listed for 279th July. While Congress Govt of the State wants Bio-Diversity Park like the Cubbon Park, BJP-Janata Dal want real estate development. SIMPLE QUESTIONS ARE -: 1. Why are Modi Govt and Mr. Kumaraswamy obstructing and opposing creating a Bio-Diversity Park in the heart of Bengaluru? 2. For BJP-Janata Dal, is making money out of real estate more important then Green Cover and fresh air for people of Bengaluru? 3. When land was given for factory in the 1960’s and HMT is shut down years ago, why should this land be not returned to People of Karnataka for a Bio-Diversity Park? 4. 8 years on, the Modi government’s GST is not a tax reform - it’s a brutal tool of economic injustice and corporate cronyism. It was designed to punish the poor, crush MSMEs, undermine states, and benefit a few billionaire friends of the Prime Minister. A “Good and Simple Tax” was promised. Instead, India got a compliance nightmare and a five-slab tax regime that has been amended over 900 times. Even caramel popcorn and cream buns are caught in its web of confusion. The bureaucratic maze favours big corporates who can navigate its loopholes with armies of accountants, while small shopkeepers, MSMEs, and ordinary traders drown in red tape. The GST portal remains a source of daily harassment. MSMEs - India’s largest job creators have suffered the most. Over 18 lakh enterprises have shut down since the rollout of GST eight years ago. Citizens now pay GST on everything from tea to health insurance, while corporates enjoy over ₹1 lakh crore in tax breaks annually. Petrol and diesel have been deliberately kept outside the GST framework, hurting farmers, transporters, and ordinary people. GST dues are also weaponised to punish non-BJP ruled states - clear proof of the Modi government’s anti-federal agenda. GST was a visionary idea by the UPA, meant to unify India’s markets and simplify taxation. But its promise has been betrayed by poor implementation, political bias, and bureaucratic overreach. A reformed GST must be people-first, business-friendly, and truly federal in spirit. India deserves a tax system that works for all, not just the privileged few, so that every Indian, from the small shopkeeper to the farmer, can be a stakeholder in our nation’s progress.
