I always find it so laughable whenever people deride the quality of Taylor's songwriting just because she happens to write pop. As if lines like "I stare directly at the sun but never in the mirror" couldn't have just as easily been lifted out of a classic novel

@ThrillaRilla369 Fortunately, my mother never cooked things we wouldn't eat due to my dad being a VERY picky eater, so we never had anything offensive being served! I do remember my brother didn't like mac and cheese, so he got buttered noodles...but that was the only diversion from the menu.
