I’m not even 20 yet and this book is already hitting way too close to home 😅

no regrets. only lessons learned.

if it’s good, it’s good if it’s not good, now you know

once you start accepting yourself for who you are, the only thing left for others is to do the same

it’s the little things.

maybe what I’m actually afraid of are the things I can do if I allow myself to really try

starting over is hard. but it will be worth it once you make it through.

it takes time to accept a situation that has hugely disrupted your life. you may understand it logically, but your emotions need time to process. give yourself time.

there’s a type of people who like to force their agenda on you they will ignore you if you don’t agree with them these are not your people they will suck up all your energy until you become as miserable as them

passion is attractive. don’t let anyone tell you otherwise. if there is a fire in you, let it burn. don't put it out just because people around you don't have the same intensity as you do.

if there is anything that leaving taught me, it is that change is more possible than we think

I’m starting to let go of the resistance I have within myself everything seems so much clearer now

are you searching for a kind of love from other people that only exists in yourself?

if you wait for too long, it won’t be the same anymore

the first time is the hardest.

one day when I’m finally happy I will no longer have this resilience I have now it’s up to me to make something out of it while I still have it

what kind of person can I become if I can’t show up for the things I said I would?
