Like genuinely how in the hell is having a skip button a bad thing in games other than genshin? What if I’m replaying a game? Why would I force myself to read the story again?

Also ppl make alt accs for fun, or challenges (my goat MistahFeet). It would give ppl grace. They could literally just add skip and summary like in hsr. Or just not quest lock certain things

Do you seriously think the only thing GI has to offer is the story?? A skip button is not just for AQ but SQ, lag outs, alt accs, etc

That’s just not true. You’re acting like it literally never happens, when it clearly does. Even where I’m from, there was a case a few months ago where a girl stabbed and killed her friend after she refused to go out with her. So yeah, violence over rejection or orientation isn’t some one-sided phenomenon. The difference is scale. You’re a small minority in most countries, so obviously there will be fewer cases like that overall. That doesn’t mean it “never happens.” And this whole “heterophobia isn’t real” argument is just semantics. If someone hates another person because they’re straight, that’s still prejudice. You can use your little -isms and your little semantics all you want, but at the end of the day, someone hating another person is still hate, and there’s nothing you can do about it.
