@CaseyMarika @CardPurchaser @Topps Even if all of us who had read the rules throughly saw this, then @Topps should apply their own rules to their calendar by blacking out those games, like they are hours before first pitch. This doesn’t fall on the consumer as error. This falls on @Topps and lack of due diligence

@CaseyMarika @CardPurchaser @Topps Right and they didn’t do that. The dates were available to pick after the 4 am deadline, when they shouldn’t have. Had they done this none of us would’ve received that email and these tweets would never exist.

@rtSportCards @CardPurchaser @Topps The rule makes sense so people can’t take advantage of a late pitcher scratch. I agree with blacking out the date as soon as the 4 am deadline passes.

@BridgeJokic @Topps @CardPurchaser Already been thinking that as well. @Topps rules then should have applied to the dates on their calendar as blocked out. This would hold up in court and fault Topps for misleading HR rules.

@drewscardshop I completely agree with you. You must adapt and change to follow n younger generations culture to keep the fan base interested. Almost every player has done something in their career to break an unwritten rule.
