Yup, this would be dubbed one of the best Final Fantasy games if it carried the name. I’m looking forward to seeing more games in this series (I say as I haven’t finished a single game 💀)

Just a reminder #BraverlyDefaultHD is more Final Fantasy than Final Fantasy. Yall would be gassing the absolute fuck out of this combat system if this had FF as the title . The Brave/Default system still hits and makes lots of strategies to choose from . #NintendoSwitch2

As developers, you’re in control of that interval. Not every game needs to be max price with blockbuster graphics and scale filled with bloat. You can gain a following with smaller, tighter experiences on smaller budgets that could build brand loyalty and pay off as well.

Monster Hunter Stories because it can be 80% self-directed if you want it to be and Xenoblade Chronicles 3 because the exploration is rewarding and the side quests are incredibly well written. The Horizon games also fit the same bill.
