@YossiGoldstein8 Your argument fell short though. The languages of Afghanistan, Dari and Pashto, are both members of the Iranian branch of the Indo-European language family. Why Iran differs from its neighbors is that Iranians frown on tribalism, are fiercely nationalistic, and mostly ex-Muslim.
