This is equivalent to 50-60% of the RDI before you even factor in that its bioavailability is near 100%
For reference you'd need to eat up to 1lb of steak to hit the same RDI with its 40-70% phosphorus bioavailability
Treating coke as a health drink is a one way track to calcification and kidney disease via skewed Ca:P ratio

I'm in Seoul right now, and the Korean and Japanese governments are losing their minds promoting how much crude supply they've secured. A lot of it is just pure political propaganda.
For instance, there's a massive overlap between the supplies Korea and Japan claim to have locked down. UAE exports are down to ~2mb/d, yet both governments are bragging about securing volumes that, when added up far exceed that capacity.
Most of the oil they’re talking about is basically phantom barrels—it’s not even clear if those volumes actually exist or can be delivered.

Oslo had 41 road deaths in 1975. By 2019, that number was one: a single driver who hit a fence. Oslo effectively ended road deaths by redesigning its downtown for people instead of cars. They removed 700 street parking spaces and replaced them with 37 miles of protected bike lanes and pocket parks. They lowered speed limits inside and outside the city. Many streets to car traffic entirely. They created "heart zones" around every elementary school where cars can't pick up or drop off kids. Did it kill the city? Nope. Retail sales at shops went up. Kids started walking and biking to school unsupervised. Air quality improved measurably and traffic congestion got better because fewer people wanted to drive through a pedestrianized downtown. Every piece of Oslo's strategy is available to any American city that wants it. The problem is solved, now we just need to implement it.

He isn't lying at all, you just don't understand how i) tax credits apply ii) banding works to overall effective tax rates.
Here's a worked example of the tax deductions on a 90k worker in Ireland and Bavaria. There are some class 1-6 assumptions that can lower the german rate.
