Here we go again. 🚨 California’s parole board has granted parole to yet another child sexual predator from Sacramento. @CAgovernor Gavin Newsom’s elderly parole law once again is about to set another predator free. Meet Gregory Vogelsang. He kidnapped/lured and molested 5 young kids, one as young as 3 years old. He was sentenced to 355 YEARS TO LIFE for sexually assaulting children. A jury convicted him of 23 counts of forcible lewd acts on young boys. Now he’s being released unless Newsom’s parole board REVERSES this insane decision on March 18th. Let that sink in. These are not low-level offenders. These are the worst of the worst—repeat predators who terrorized multiple victims. 👉 People like David Funston…who was sentenced to THREE life terms and readily admits he’s still sexually attracted to children. 👉 People like Roy Waller-the NorCal rapist who terrorized countless women for years and was sentenced to 800+years to LIFE. Under this amendment, predators like these get a shot at release—simply because they got older. David Funston was released at 64. I’m certainly glad this bill advanced but all of this was KNOWN when many Democrat politicians voted for early release TWICE. Victims groups said at the time: this will allow murders, rapists, and pedophiles to be released. And that is exactly what happened. There is no middle ground here. You can’t piecemeal fundamentally bad policy. This bill will do nothing to stop unrehabilitated dangerous people from being released in the future.

God help us all if this woman and her husband move farther up the political chain. Maybe she should actually talk to the prosecutors and cops who investigated the murderers. Or maybe the jurors who found them guilty.

Gavin Newsom's wife recalls telling prisoners at San Quentin about running over and killing her sister with a golf cart. She said that she wasn't punished because it was an accident but that the prisoners are doing life even though theirs was "probably an accident too."
