#auspol Other than three minutes of Easter I would like to really know what the ALP/Greens/Teals government is doing to fix the fuel issues?, Rural Australians are important, Qantas are already cutting flights and a careerist public servant leads the fuel roundtable. Do better.

@BbAus20 Thanks mate, since Bushells don't sell the Australian Breakfast tea bags anymore, I have been double dipping different Bushells brand to try and get something close to the taste and I think I have found it. Bring back Australian Breakfast which is such a nice strong blend of tea.

@BbAus20 I am upset however at the Liberal Party of Australia MP's for not for instance travel through and say of had dinner with the branch, lift the morale. If it's good enough Sydney rank and file members, it should be good enough for members in the bush to have access to leadership.

@BbAus20 I have always been Independent in factions and in public so I have tarriff/global levies views on trade and industry, I support a modified return to ANL on shipping, and lower taxes (individual and corporation). So I will be simply a "blue Independent" (still Coalition leaning)

This afternoon after eleven years I resigned from the Liberal Party of Australia. I wish it had not come to this. But I feel I can voice my views Independent of the Coalition whilst still retaining my own views on industry, investment and trade. I wish the party well.

@BbAus20 The thing is now unlike being stuck to a party line, I now no longer need to take a consensus view. It's a great feeling to have in many ways.

I will still voice my opinions, but part of me feels a weight off my shoulders, but also a very heavy heart and one that is broken for the work I tried to do over eleven years.

This decision pained me for a few weeks but I feel the Liberals, Greens, Teals and ALP don't care enough about rural people, and don't get me started on One Nation. Those who know me understand my love of policy and politics. I am not an MP, just an average working bloke.

@LeagueScenePod @travismeyn We are stretching the NRL player pool near to as far as it can go. Also any 3rd Brisbane side (not against the concept) will have to also have to create new marketing opportunities for fans.
