@OskSta Here's a sample implementation of halfedges: cmu-graphics.github.io/Scotty3D/meshe… All vertices, edges, and faces only point to it's halfedge, while the halfedges connect the mesh together.

People talk about half edges a lot. Could I use half edges as my entire graph data, and then a triangle is just a piece of lone data without any indexes? Should work, but feels unintuitive. And should mean a lot of walking from edge to edge when doing even very simple operations

What's a good data structure when writing mesh algorithms? I've been using one struct for triangles plus one struct for verts. It's good and light on garbage. But verts and tris need different data in different applications, so then I need to duplicate or rewrite code
