@serenatahelp Incredibly disappointed that I couldn't reschedule a delivery (with 24hrs notice) due to the recipients baby being kept in NICU. The recommendation from your 'chat help' was 'advise the recipient to be home' despite knowing the circumstances. Shockingly insensitive.
