@PitLanes Same here mate - realised power the mind when I was half marathon training last year. What I mean by that, tell yourself you’re going out for a 5k - guarantee you’re blowing and wanting to stop at 4k. Tell yourself your doing 10k, and you breeze through 5k like its nothing

Getting old is doing a 6.5k gentle run but still getting home and putting ice packs on your ankle & knee then using your muscle gun.....because you just know you're going to be in pain 😅
