We’re kicking off our elevator pitch series — created to share award winning pitches from Graduate Student Research Day — with Medical Physics PhD candidate Skylar Gay! He mentioned it was an honor to watch peers present their research. Now he’s sharing his with everyone! The scientific elevator pitch is a 90-second summary of a student’s research, intended for lay audiences, and designed as a powerful career tool to help them connect and gain support among peers, and build confidence by articulating their thoughts.

Congratulations to @MaryGronberg, Ph.D., one of our physics residents, who was selected for the International Council Associates Mentorship Program! This decision was based on her commitment to #medphys in the global health context and potential to be a leader within @aapmHQ.
