@Ford yall have the worst customer service i have ever seen there is a recall on a rear break hose and yall dont have parts nor can yall confirm if i pay to fix my wife car with the the same failing part that you will reimburse us. Make it right @Ford 😡

@ROB41581 @Ford Well hopefully this doesnt take as long a recall shouldnt cost me my car thats on them i cant safely drive it … and i hope u get ur situation done because from what i see a class action suit is coming, with all these recalls and unresolved issues.

@shilohnsam @Ford Ford is the worst company. Ive been dealing with them for over 3 years and they dont care. They don't even act like they do. I still got a case open and the lady running it was suppose to call me back last Monday and nothing. Friday was told supervisor would call still nothing

@Youngre81 @Ford This happened to me with another part and ford didn’t care. Drove with a bad half axle up front 2 months. Vibrated the entire car. they didn’t have parts. wouldn’t offer a loaner. All under warranty. When finally fixed I needed new brakes and tires because of the vibration.

@Ford The least y'all can do is reimburse her if she takes it somewhere else to be fixed. They can't use their car at the moment. Y'all need to come up with a solution.
