Hi @GinnyMarvin & @GoogleAds - Is there any update or comment of the Smart Shopping CPC issues which are currently driving day on day CPC increases of 50% to 220%?

@mikeryanretail @GoogleAds We vote for one free day of Ads. It will be hard to work out fair rebates as some advertisers won't have noticed and some will have paused or pulled back. They're all affected just in different ways. So a free day @GoogleAds? Maybe 26th Nov? Just throwing out a random day.

@GoogleAds Will rebates be available to offset costs incurred by the malfunction?

The Google Ads system encountered an unexpected issue between 6pm PST on Friday Nov 12 - 3am PST Saturday, Nov 13 that affected Shopping Ads. We identified and fixed the issue. Everything is working as expected now.
