@Betsycashmoney @NormanOtterman If KK, Lamelo, and Miller are all “on” shooting wise they look unbeatable. I think if it’s 2 of the 3 they can be taken. If you let them run all game they can wipe an opponent out. But if you pick them up full court, you can slow them down and they can be beaten. They are tough.

@neerajadeshp These are two separate things. It’s not just that Big Tech didn’t make it hard enough for minors to access. It’s that they actively courted them with addictive science. Parents have a responsibility to keep kids from alcohol but the beer companies also can’t market to kids!

I can't believe Taylor Lorenz is the voice of reason on this, but credit where credit is due. I fully believe in regulating children's access to social media, but that needs to be done by parents/schools, not a weaponized moral panic that will ultimately undermine our 1A rights.

@t_NYC It feels like a one-two punch kind of thing. Courts for accountability (because congress wont) and legislation for guardrails (which will be a battle because again…congress wont want to). But you can’t hold the plaintiffs accountable for not providing a far-reaching solution

I can disagree with Taylor’s opinion on certain aspects of this issue while also knowing that she is 110% right about the facts, and the reasons why these decisions are made. She is right that these settlements aren’t a solution and the solutions being offered are *from* Meta
