Update from Cloudflare: We saw a spike in unusual traffic to one of Cloudflare's services beginning at 11:20 UTC. That caused some traffic passing through Cloudflare's network to experience errors. We do not yet know the cause of the spike in unusual traffic.

@GodPenuel @username_77879 No. It wasn’t a tech upgrade either. It’s a scheduled update that must be done because of an anti-fraud feature in the STS standard. It’s like the Y2K bug except it’s not a bug. The standard even gives 10 years grace for Eskom and munics to do the update.

I'm not understanding the Eskom recoding process for prepaid electricity meters, and I'm hoping you guys can assist me. Why is Eskom changing the system? Why couldn't they recode the meters remotely without customers needing to do the admin? Thank you in advance 🙏🏽
