@Shys_F@Lalalan32694457@blackishpress Are you deaf? There’s no way you actually put Rihanna in any vocal category. Brandy is barely at 100 on anyone’s list. Monica out sings Brandy. Clearly you can’t distinguish between your love for her and reality about vocal abilities.
@sincerest33@Lalalan32694457@blackishpress listen to that video up there. Talent and stardom are different. Beyonce shouts like any other woman but has more shining light. Brandy sings. Vocal Bible for a reason.
Even Rihanna is clear of Bee but y’all not ready for the convo😂
@Shys_F@Lalalan32694457@blackishpress Actually a lot of people go into details about Beyoncé vocals. I’m not even a big fan of Beyoncé but I know vocal abilities and Beyoncé has way more than Brandy. Wayyyy more. Other than her melisma, Brandy has nothing vocally that stands out, look at her career— gone
@Lalalan32694457@sincerest33@blackishpress “Vocal Bible isn’t about Brandy’s level of vocal ability”
Brandy’s pairs think she’s even overproduced. Cus it could be acapella and she nails. Aside fans who really go into details talking about Beyonce?
@Shys_F@blackishpress Yes really. Because look at their songs. Look at their longevity. Look at their live vocals (Mariah during her DayDream era was only beaten by Whitney and Celine). Brandy had no head voice. No resonance, no breath support—live performances is the only way to know true vocalist.
@Shys_F@blackishpress Then there’s Aretha, Mariah in the 90’s, Celine, Dionne, Jazmine, Minnie, Natalie Cole, Patti and I know you Brandy fans hate it but Beyoncé is a better vocalist—when you look at them from their lower register to their head voice, which Brandy lacks.
@texasbttm4001@fytclipx It’s not “always” the whites is better to say. I lived in Houston for over a decade and I can promise you I got called the N words by latins almost as much as yt people. Almost.
@Nellz211@blackishpress Actually there are others—-Mariah, Celine, Ella, Aretha, Patti, Dionne—-but I’ll say that list is ridiculous because they list rappers too.
