@SIRIUSXM I had two cars. I sold one car and canceled xm in that car yesterday. Now my mobile experience don’t work. I still have xm in my one car. How to fix this without calling???? If I have to call I will just cancel. I work 10 hour shifts 6 days sometimes 7 days a week this is CRAZY I pay for it

@SIRIUSXM has the worst customer service. I tried to cancel a week ago, and my card gets charged a week later. I call again to cancel, my call is dropped after waiting on hold 5min. I use their text service, and they ignore me. Called cc and reported fraud transaction.

The only gripe I have with the @SIRIUSXM app is that sometimes, when you’re out on the road like I am right now, it stops playing for absolutely no reason whatsoever. And that happens when you have a weak signal or something.
