@Avis Why wasn’t I told this rental counter? Why is it ok to give out vehicles that are dirty in and out. Now I had to pay you the go clean the vehicle before my family got in it

@Avis Afternoon Avis, not sure what is going on with the company but things are declining. I putted up a vehicle from the Pittsburgh airport location and it was dirty in and out. The attendant in the garage said the car wash was broken.

@Avis I’m very disappointed on the service I have received from Avis on my trip and now with customer service. I feel I was over charged for my rental and customer service I feel isn’t trying to help. I ask for a manager twice and he stated that there are no managers here.

@MarriottBonvoy and I was told no because the GM said so. I get it is up to available. But there should be some options for you loyal customers. If not 4 we can do 1 or 2. Because you can’t check into the hotel till 3pm away. Marriott you have to do better for your loyal customer

. But they told her it was fix and she paid. They fixed something. Just not the problem. Can’t speak with the manager because there short handed and there busy. I have never experienced this type of service from a Firestone. This is crazy. You guys use to be on top of your game.

@FedExHelp I have just had the worst experience with fedex customer care that I have ever had. You guys are six days late delivering my package and want to have a bad attitude with me. I was denied a supervisor because I wouldn’t give my number and spelling of name.
