@charmthegamer book readers because people are upset we never got to see Rocky's ship. I'm sad they got rid of a lot of the science, but the movie is so long as it is, I think they did a fantastic job at adapting it from the book. it would have never been a 1:1 adaption

@charmthegamer VERY sad how much they glazed over but honestly I am so in love with the movie that I let it slide. I loved the small easter eggs though, like them mentioning jazz hands (better than two thumbs down but it's fine...) and Grace going on the ship!!! that was definitely a nod to

I want to go see Project Hail Mary again but with someone who hasn't read the book (so that I can yap about all of the little easter eggs I found in the movie)

@chickie444 Stratt's character is pretty unbearable, I think they made her so much more likeable and digestible. She's still stoic and manipulative, but I liked the change. I also think the writing and humor is a bit *le tips hat fedora* although I was able to endure it, they made it better

i can’t recommend this movie enough, one of the best book adaptations i’ve seen. it really did a good job at focusing on the main parts while fixing some of the issues i had with the book. it’s a movie, so obviously it had to cut out some parts, but they did a phenomenal job!

@chickie444 in the movie. I am sad that they cut out a few scenes and a lot of the science and the discovery of who Grace is. I also feel like they rushed the beginning and end, but I knew that was bound to happen.

@Cade_Onder I started crying right around the "fishing" scene when Grace said he was taking it all in. I knew what was going to happen and I still sobbed for a full hour of the movie 😭 I want to buy the movie once it's out because I noticed there were cute little easter eggs from the book

I CRIED MY EYES OUT! DEFINITELY TOP 10 FAVORITE MOVIE OF ALL TIME. AMAZE AMAZE AMAZE!
