Work has started today on a repaving scheme in the lower section of St Margaret's Street. The pavement and road will be relaid in york stone and granite between Hawks Lane and Watling Street.

A new paving scheme in St Margaret's Street will start on 1 March. The repaving of the footways and carriageway will take place between Hawks Lane and Watling Street until 31 May 2021. The road will be closed to traffic, but can be accessed outside of the pedestrian zone times.
