But to reiterate over 1,000 colleges and universities required vaccination for students, employees, or both to return to campus in fall 2021–spring 2022 (including many large public institutions). This was common during Omicron. K-12 was rarer—only a few states Also many large employers implemented mandates during Omicron, I think we got off the rails.

I’ve been trying to have logical discussion and point out the holes in your arguments and make logical arguments. But I will tell you that even in California members of the government are shifting their views about coercion compared to several years ago. Nope, not just according to me, but according to top medical ethicists in this world, medical ethics curricula taught in medical schools, and human rights documents. Show me the hard data that “most of the world” feels and operates otherwise. And also, you act as if major nations have not done terrible things, and then humanity has realized that those things were wrong.

The clear provision that would make this bill make elections more fair is the "absentee ballot and vote counting" issues. That is where 99% of the ballot counting corruption occurs.
