I think someone spoke about this before but I like that Penny has a design that doesn't change between S&V. Unlike Nemona and Arven who have different uniforms that conform into the game you chose, Penny is her own thing...+

this scene for example is about him "knowing" Hirose wouldn't like him because they're both boys! this scene wouldn't be the same in a het show
