@inflatinbelli practice! slow and steady! consistency is key! also... my anatomy allows for fun shapes fast! i'm 4'9 and very very hypermobile! this means my guts are a lil more stretchy than someone without my disorders. very little is necessary to jump start my bloating which is not normal!
