but it only adds to the word count when I completed the fic, placing the 500k words in May. Have I simply not found the option to split it yet? Or is that a paid thing only, or maybe just overall impossible?

@softgoodsapp hi! Quick question, cause I'm not tech savvy at all. Is it correct that with the free version, you can only add a fic at once? F.e. when i'm reading a 500k word fic at the end of the month I might not finish it and read 300k words in April and then 200k in May,

yall don't wanna know how many fics i read in a year, it's a lot higher than you could even guess, which i guess reflects the life i don't have
